I’ve been exactly where you are.
Full of fear and overwhelm, and I was tired of the late-night Googling trying to figure it all out on my own.
For years, I searched for a community of women who got it — women who understood what it’s like to build something meaningful in midlife while juggling everything else life throws our way.
I’ve felt the loneliness, the self-doubt, and the “am I crazy for wanting more?” moments. I’ve also learned the tech, built the systems, and discovered that success feels so much sweeter when it’s shared.
Now, I want to create the space I always wished existed — a space for growth, laughter, learning, and genuine connection with women who are ready to go for it. No 20-somethings telling you how to run your business, just real women building real dreams, together.
Because business should be fun, and it’s always more fun with girlfriends by your side.

I'm Tara
A Robbins Madanes-trained coach, Law of Attraction practitioner, and multi-passionate entrepreneur who believes that midlife is the perfect time to create something extraordinary.
After building several businesses and navigating all the highs and lows that come with it, I realised I didn’t just want to grow alone. I wanted to do it alongside women who understood the juggle, the self-doubt, the tech headaches, and the unstoppable desire to make an impact.
So I created this space — a community for women in midlife who are ready to dream big, take action, and have fun doing it. It’s a place where we talk business strategy and mindset, but also menopause, confidence, and chin hair (because, let’s be honest, it’s all part of the journey!).
My mission is simple: to help you believe in yourself, build something beautiful, and remember that business can be joyful, empowering, and full of laughter when we do it together.
